AGIBOT's November 24, 2025 rail-exhibition report separately states that G2 was already working for Guangzhou Metro in security assistance, passenger enquiries and station inspection. The exhibition itself is not the deployment site. An October 30, 2026 supplier update reports 120 G2 robots deployed across Guangzhou Metro.

The sources establish a named operator and service roles, but do not list stations or provide fleet acceptance, station-level uptime or measured passenger outcomes. The 120-unit figure is a supplier program count, not a count at one station.

Public-transport trials can test repeated questions and patrol routes under changing passenger flows. Buyers still need to understand human supervision, exceptions and integration with station operations. This is classified as reported operation, with one program record and an approximate Guangzhou marker. The robot is not described as independently screening passengers or making security decisions.
