Walker S2's Zigong contract is an order, not an uptime result
UBTECH reported a RMB 159 million contract for a Zigong data-collection center as Walker-series orders passed RMB 800 million in 2025.
In November 2025, UBTECH said Walker-series orders accumulated since the start of the year had exceeded RMB 800 million, or about US$112 million. That total included a RMB 159 million contract to deploy Walker S2 robots at a data-collection center in Zigong. The customer and unit count were not disclosed.
The same announcement said several hundred Walker S2 units had entered mass delivery. It described Co-Agent capabilities including intention understanding, task planning, tool use, anomaly detection and handling. Separately, UBTECH markets a three-minute autonomous battery exchange intended to support continuous operation.
These are commercially important signals, but an order value is not evidence of installed fleet size, acceptance, uptime or productivity. The source calls the site a data-collection center—not a conventional data center—and does not prove the complete contracted fleet was already operating when announced. This location is therefore classified as announced.
