Walker S completes initial factory training at Dongfeng Liuzhou

UBTECH identifies Walker S performing inspection, fluid-filling and emblem-application tasks in its Dongfeng Liuzhou manufacturing case. The customer's April 2025 announcement says Walker S-series first-phase training had already been completed before a planned S1 expansion.

This record preserves the earlier model and phase. It does not transfer the proposed 20-robot count to Walker S or assume every task reached production acceptance. Exact operating dates and station results remain undisclosed.

An initial factory phase can establish where perception, manipulation and existing line processes need adaptation. It cannot by itself establish the scale or economics of a later fleet. The useful follow-up is a customer report separating completed stations from experiments and documenting whether the S1 plan was fulfilled. Liuzhou is shown as an approximate city marker.
